Top 6 Favorite Things I Got As Wedding Gifts

I got so many great and amazing gifts, but in the first few months these are what I have found myself using and loving the most. I know top six is a weird number, but I had five and remembered one that I loved and couldn’t leave off. So, here’s the top six! I was registered at Target and Amazon. These are in no particular order, just how they came to my brain.

1.Crochet & Tassels Shower Curtain

This shower curtain is from Target and is adorable, but not too feminine. It was a little hard for me to pick things for my registry that weren’t so feminine because that’s all I’ve ever known – I’ve never lived with a man! So, it took me a long time to find a good shower curtain that was gender neutral. My favorite part of this shower curtain is the tassels along the bottom. Such a great added touch. AND this bad boy is cheap. Currently on sale for $18.74. I put a clear plastic liner behind it to not effect it’s great look.

2. Acrylic Plastic Container Organizers

These storage containers are the BOMB. I love the clear look, so I can see exactly what is in all of them. I have them in my bathroom cabinet with all the things in them. The labels are just clear stickers and there are a million of them. The only problem with this is, I have a million labels and not enough storage containers. I’m going to have to buy more, I guess that’s the trick.

3. French Press

This is like the under dog gift that I never knew I would completely love and use so often. At first I just put it in the cabinet and didn’t bother to explore it because I didn’t know how to use it. One Saturday I read the little five step direction manual and have loved it ever since. It’s way easier to use than I thought it was going to be. It uses an incredible less amount of coffee grinds than my Keurig or Ninja Coffee Bar. It produces such a smooth coffee and I appreciate that about it so much.

4. Spice Rack

Okay, I know what you’re thinking – out of all the things and this is one of your favorites?? But, yes. It is. I love it so much for many reasons. First off, it comes with FREE refills for FIVE years. I mean that’s a gift that keeps on giving. They are all so nicely labeled and completely filled to the top. I will say though that it doesn’t have some of the basic seasonings and I had to go out and buy those like oregano and garlic power. Those were the ones I was most surprised not on there.

5. Dinnerware Set

These Gordon Ramsay dishes are such a good staple for a beginning home. They are basic and simple, but very sleek and elegant looking. They are a good decent price and each set comes with a big plate (dinner plate), smaller plate (salad plate), bowl, and coffee mug. They are nice enough to use for hosting, but basic enough for every day dishes. Highly recommend!

6.Marble Rolling Pin

This rolling pin is amazing. I was real excited when I got this and am even more excited because it’s all it’s cracked up to be. It’s so cute to start with and it’s heavy. Way easier to use a rolling pin with baking when it’s heavy. Next best thing is it comes with a small stand. I have it displayed on my kitchen counter because it’s so cute.
